Our Story

From problem to product

In 2023, we were running a WordPress development agency. Every day, our team spent hours copying content from Word documents into WordPress — setting ACF fields one by one, uploading images manually, writing SEO metadata from scratch. It was tedious, error-prone, and incredibly wasteful.

We asked ourselves: what if AI could handle all of this? What if you could upload a document and have it automatically mapped, structured, optimised, and published — in seconds instead of hours?

That question became Payges. What started as an internal tool quickly grew into a full publishing engine used by hundreds of content teams worldwide. Today, Payges processes thousands of documents daily, saving teams an average of 80% of their publishing time.
